DESCRIPTION
The printed materials of the Wikimedia Bookshelf Project
(http://outreach.wikimedia.org/wiki/Bookshelf_Project) have been produced in
Scribus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scribus). Scribus is an open source DTP
software, released under the GNU General Public licence.
As part of the Bookshelf Project, the Scribus source files (.sla) have to be
made available to the Wikimedia chapters. This is to enable the chapters and
other volunteers to translate and modify the Bookshelf instructional materials.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
Add Scribus (.sla) to the list of permitted file types on
outreach.wikimedia.org
