The public policy feedback is more graphical (looks better, more updated) and
was just enabled on enwp. See the design at
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Article_feedback/Public_Policy_Pilot/Design

I'll open up a discussion soon at the village pump and link to it ASAP.
