I have recently noticed that the Simple English Wikipedia does not contain the
namespace "Portal", which is very unlike English Wikipedia.
I am filing this bug report to request for the server administrators to add the
Portal namespace so that the Simple English Wikipedia community can create
country portals.
Currently, there is a discussion ongoing about this.
I hope the administration at Wikimedia can look into this and consider adding
the portal namespace for us.
