It doesn't need to be set anymore and is no longer available as input for other configuration items, either. OK, I'll comment out if($wgServerName=='localhost'){$wgServer=$wgInternalServer=$wgProto.'://'.($wgServerName=$site[1]);}#for maintenance scripts from my LocalSettings.php.
