First: Open the following old version of a comment and click in "preview":

Compare the result with the same comment and version after saved:

As you can see in the edit window, the list items (manually numbered) are
separated from each other by </br> tags.
When previewing, the result is "one item per line", but after saved, the result
is "all items in the same line". Why is that happening?
Besides this, the signature is also changing!
* When previewing, it shows the users signature: Jota (Discussão)
* After saved, it shows my signature: Helder (Discussão)

So, it seems to be using my signature instead of his for some reason.
