I am not a user of koi.wikipedia. But I report a bug about it.
A timezone setting of koi.wikipedia includes no slash: "AsiaYekaterinburg".

Is this a mistake in setting?
Though an administrator who set up the wiki seems to have wanted to apply
Yekaterinburg Time, its timezone is UTC now.
If it is a mistake, please correct. Thank you in advance.
