In MW 1.16.0, in the Khmer messages file (languages\messages\MessagesKm.php),
the 'redirect' entry may be broken. (I don't speak Khmer, so I can't be
positive.)
The second translation may be mis-formatted, as it looks to contain two
nearly-identical entries, both with # signs, separated by a space, rather than
by quotes and a comma. (The only difference between the two entries is the
third character - Unicode 178A vs. 178F. Visually, there's no difference in the
characters, at least not on my machine.)
