$wgOpenIDConsumerForce
Url of required OpenID provider. When this is set it bypasses the OpenID
provider selection form.
In my testing, it appears that Special:OpenIDLogin obeys this setting, but
Special:OpenIDConvert does not. In other words, it continues to display the
provider selection form regardless.
