Product is MediaWiki, component is Resource Loader. Maybe there should be a primary key on (mrl_message) instead of a unique key on (mrl_resource, mrl_message), but perhaps you want duplicate mrl_messages sometimes, I don't know. Possibly the columns could just be shortened here too. I don't know what this table does offhand, so I can't say.
