Summary: documentation to fix my screwup
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: 1.17-svn
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: wikibugs-l@lists.wikimedia.org
        ReportedBy: russnel...@gmail.com

I have set up mediawiki a couple of times before, but am not an expert (yet).
Thus I made a naive mistake which I would like to prevent others from making. I
believe this patch improves the documentation so that nobody will look at
$wmLocalFileRepo to true as I did.
