Language limitations
There might be languages which express the meaning from less than 5 Characters.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Load the application
<<http://commons.prototype.wikimedia.org/uwd/Special:UploadWizard>>
2.) Click on Logged in link
3.) Enter username and Password
4.) Upload a file
5.) Navigates to ‘Describe’ section
Expected results:
Character limitation has to be considered with respect to the different
languages.
Actual Results:
If the character length is less than five, application will throw a user
notification
‘This field is too short. Make it longer than 5 characters.’
