Steps to reproduce:
1) Start uploading a file.
2) Move the mouse to the uploading icon and close the uploading section.
Observe that Release rights section got displayed and user can navigate forward
(but no information gets displayed.)
If user cancels media upload, it should properly get reflect in the subsequent
screens.
