I'm sorry I used mediawiki notes to organize their own work, so can not go
outside the network access.

My mediawiki from 23 November 2007 and slowly upgrade from 1.9.0 to 1.15.5.
Upgrade process is: mediawiki-1.9.0 -> 1.12.0 -> 1.15.0 -> 1.15.1 -> 1.15.3 ->
1.15.4 -> 1.15.5

When the upgrade to 1.15.4 discovered a problem in the past have been stored in
my mediawiki can not access some entries (not a single entry error, an error
like this more than 100).

For example: RAC silent installation practices
