Special:Nuke allows a Commons Admin to select all or some of a User's recent
uploads and delete them with one click. It provides a list of the proposed
deletions, with a check box for each. The check boxes are all initially
checked.
This is fine, but if the User has 2,000 uploads in the list and the Admin wants
to delete 250 of them, it is faster to create a DR and use DelReqHandler, which
requires only one click per item, but needs two page loads per item. If
Special:Nuke had a "Select None" button, it could make these cases easier.
Since people may click "Select None" in error, there should probably also be a
"Select All".
