Hello. I am a sysop at the Romanian Wikipedia.

The actual logo is kept on Commons:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-ro.png

The old logo was on the local file: http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wiki.png

The reason for this request is that when we have a special event like the
National Day of Romania, or Christmas, we used to change the logo with some
specific ones. Now, if we change the logo which is kept on Commons, we change a
lot of pages that use this file.
