Summary: Throw warning when truncating an overlarge result
           Product: MediaWiki
           Version: 1.18-svn
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: API
        AssignedTo: roan.katt...@gmail.com
        ReportedBy: roan.katt...@gmail.com
                CC: bryan.tongm...@gmail.com, s...@reedyboy.net,
                    vasi...@gmail.com, soxre...@gmail.com

When an API result is truncated because it would otherwise be larger than
$wgAPIMaxResultSize , this can be confusing to the user. We should throw a
warning in this case.

Maybe something like "This result was truncated because it would otherwise be
larger than the limit of 12582912 bytes".
