$wgCapitalLinkOverrides[ NS_USER ] = false;
is supposed to allow to have users names without capitalization.
but it doesn't work for me.
When I login as root (which is already in the database, because non capitalized
user names worked in 1.12.0), it creates user Root capitalized in the database.
Please help me.
