The L10nupdate extension doesn't seem to be updating the Vector extension
translations (previously, Usability Initiative).
I recently translated some of the Vector messages for Volapük (vo) at
Translatewiki.net and it got commited to SVN right on that day:
http://svn.wikimedia.org/viewvc/mediawiki/trunk/extensions/Vector/Vector.i18n.php?r1=78229&r2=78274
As of today (11 days later), vo.wiktionary and vo.wikipedia are still showing
the default English message in the search box.
A query at #wikimedia-tech and after some investigation on devs side, they
found out that file "Vector.i18n.php" is not being updated by the L10nupdate
extension because the file moved in trunk regarding its original place in the
branch.
