Trying to open a diff link from recentchanges results in a message about a
database error in User::clearNotification; the URL is
http://hu.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Cite_text&curid=45972&diff=8999047&oldid=7017779
the error is
1205: Lock wait timeout exceeded; Try restarting transaction (10.0.6.37)
Reloading does not make the error go away.
