Look at changing ApiHelp from a hack ($this->dieUsage( '', 'help' );), and move
code out from core
There must be a nicer way of organising stuff, so it's not execute help, die,
falling back to the main to deal with it....
Maybe?
This might well be a WONTFIX type of bug...
