Warning message for blank database host
Steps to reproduce:
1. Keep the 'Database host' field in the 'Connect to database' page blank.
2. Click on the 'Continue' button.
Actual result:
System displays 'MySQL 4.0.14 or later is required, you have .' message.
Note : MySQL version is 5.1.36
Expected result:
Better if we can display a message which says the field can not blank/
