Navigate to en.wikipedia.org - not logged in 4. I log in (not "remember me") and get the "Login successful" message. 5. Click on [[Special:Watchlist]] and get the "Not logged in" message. - - -but - - - 1. I am logged out. 2. Clear browser cache 3. Navigate to https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Special:UserLogin 4. I log in(not "remember me") and get the "Login successful" message. 5. Click on [[Special:Watchlist]] and remain logged in & every connection after that is still on the https/secure server (not just the login). - - - If - - - 1. I am logged out. 2. Clear browser cache 3. Navigate to en.wikipedia.org - not logged in 4. I log in (not "remember me" and get the "Login successful" message. 5. Click on [[Special:Watchlist]] and get the "Not logged in" message. In Google Chrome 8.0.552.237: 1. I am logged out. 2. Clear browser cache 3. I log in (not "remember me") and get the "Login successful" message. 4. I click on [[Special:Watchlist]] and remain logged in. In IE 8.0.16385: 1. I am logged out. 2. Clear browser cache 3. I log in (not "remember me") and get the "Login successful" message. 4. I click on [[Special:Watchlist]] and remain logged in. This is all on the same computer; so if it were just me I'd think it was browser specific. BUT, with all of the other reports and my prior experience, that gets thrown out the window.
