Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a page in edit mode.
2. Click on the 'External link', 'Internal link', 'Reference' and 'Table'
buttons.
Actual results:
System does not pop up dialog box. Relevant wiki commands are getting displayed
in the wiki editor.
Expected results:
System should display the pop up dialog boxes to input additional fields
details as it displayed on the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page for
'External link', 'Internal link', 'Reference' and 'Table' .
