Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Wikimedia main page using Google chrome 8.0/ Internet explorer

2. Press the shortcut key combination(Alt + e) for editing the main page.
Actual results:
Google chrome : Browser right click option is displayed. (refer the screen
shot)
Internet explorer : No change
Expected results:
Main page should be open in the Edit mode.
