Extension:AdvancedSearch is a proof of concept for using fulltext indexes for
category intersection that I wrote back in 2008. Someone had hired me to write
it, and I never got around to committing it to SVN until the annual category
intersection thread on wikitech-l started. I was encouraged to commit my code
so others could adapt it to something more generic, but it was never touched
apart from a few trivial changes.
