the line copied/pasted in InitialiseSettings.php originates from 2008, when
NS_TEMPLATE wasn't in the 'default' array yet.
Although I think most of those should really add to the array ('+' perhaps ?)
instead of overwriting it, please set 10 =>1 for wikimania2011. Since subpages
are heavily used there.
