Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the 'Email new password' button on the 'Log in / create account'
page with/without user name.
Actual results:
Database error is displayed.

Expected results:
If valid user name entered : 'A new password has been sent to the e-mail
address registered for "<user name>". Please log in again after you receive
it.' message should be displayed.
Blank user name : 'You have not specified a valid username.' message should be
displayed.
Invalid user name : There is no user by the name "<user name>". Usernames are
case sensitive. Check your spelling, or create a new account.
