Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Wikimedia main page.( Firexox 3.6, Opera 11 , Google chrome 8.0)
2. Play the video.(e.g. Flower1.OGV)
3. Click on the 'More..' link.
4. Click on the 'Download file' link.
Actual results:
Browser download options does not display. Video opens in a new page. (User may
save the video by right clicking the video)
Note : File download dialog box is displayed for internet explorer 7.
(Refer the screen shots)
Expected results:
File download options needs to display and allow the user to open or save the
video.
