Steps to reproduce:
1. Logged in user navigates to the Wikimedia main page.
2. Generate random article and enable watchlist.
3. Perform some edit on the page and save the page.
4. Click on the 'My watchlist' link.
Actual results:
Help text is not displayed.
Expected results:
Help text(Legend: N - new page, m - minor edit, b - bot edit.) should display
in between 'Watchlist options' and results.
