Summary: new magic word for knowing the user thumbsize.
Product: MediaWiki
Version: unspecified
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: enhancement
Priority: Normal
Component: General/Unknown
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
Right now, there is no way to know the thumb size an user is requesting.
This makes the infoboxes images used with a fixed size instead of a thumbsize.
Because an infoboxe size cannot be adjusted to the thumbsize because it can
vary.
Hence creating a {{THUMBSIZE}} keyword could help here.
On another note, there are image used as icons, which could benefit of an
'icon' parameter like the actual 'thumb' parameter. With an icon size that
could be configured by the user, and associated with an {{ICONSIZE}} keyword.
