When I tried to import a .bz2 dump, I got this error:
maintenance>php importDump.php

You might want to run rebuildrecentchanges.php to regenerate
the recentchanges page.
None of the pages were imported. I extracted the .php file manually and the
import worked. It seems that the .bz2 decompressor isn't working, but I'm not
sure.
