screen shot - Internal error when searching for duplicate files
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Wikimedia main page.
2. Click on the 'Special pages' link.
3. Click on the 'Search for duplicate files' link under 'Media reports and
uploads' section.
4. Enter a file name. (e.g. Lightning.ogg, Flower1.OGV, Cat In Sink.JPG)
5. Click on the 'Search' button.
Actual results:
'Internal error' displayed.
