Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to wikimedia main page. (IE7 and IE8)
2. Open a page in edit mode.
3. Highlight a text and click on the 'No wiki formatting' button.
Actual results:
No wiki format does not applied to the highlighted text. The syntax displayed
next to the highlighted text. (only in IE7 and IE8)
