The confirm email of the release-de wiki send e-mail with english special
pagename but german text, when creating an account.

A click on the first link redirects to the localized special pagename:
http://prototype.wikimedia.org/release-de/Spezial:E-Mail_bestaetigen/*
I have not tested this on 1.16wmf.
