Since the mediawiki update, the bin icon, that was always displayed left to the
message window on the page of files tagged for speedy deletion on Commons, does
no longer appear. This is true for Vector as well as for Monobook skin. This
bug complicates work for admins on Commons, as one has to move to the top of
the page and click on the delete-tab to perform the deletion, whereas before
you would read the deletion-rationale in the message window and then click on
the bin icon to the left to perform the deletion.
The above provided URL is just 1 example, it's the same with all files.
