This needs to be fleshed out a bit more, but here's my guess at what you
want...
- single "upload a file" button.
- the second it is filled, the upload starts
- once complete, we go directly to a licensing stage
(the wizard is already smart enough not to give you the option to defer
licensing if there's only one.)
- then we describe it
- then we get the typical "use" page.
So the real thing you want here is to be able to upload instantly and advance
to the next page the minute that completes. Is that about right?
