Perhaps code comments could be integrated further though so that the normal
watchlist can be used, as well as WhatLinksHere etc.
LiquidTreads does go into the linking system, see for example:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:WhatLinksHere/Talk:License_integration_MediaWiki
On that though, comments should be editable to some degree and automatically
close any unclosed tags (tidy? seperate bugs..)
