Currently all gadgets are not selected by default, but when I want to add a
feature for new/anonymous users I have to add it to MediaWiki:Common.js and
write another script as a gadget to remove what the first script installed so
logged-in users can choose to disable it. But this can lead to extra code
(bandwidth, CPU costs etc.). If selected-by-default gadgets can be implemented,
this is resolved.
