Since almost every wiki has a Javascript hack to override the name of the Main
Page tab, this should probably be moved into the MediaWiki code itself. The way
I would imagine this would work is that there would be a new wiki config
variable, that if set to true, would change the Main Page's tab from the
default value to the wgTitle value. This would remove the need for the extra JS
cruft and also keep the tab name from conspicuously changing after the page
loads.
