frwiki seams to have been hanging for nearly two weeks, dewiki last dump is
aborted, last enwiki is "partial". Nothing new seams to have been started for
two weeks.
I can't find anything anywhere stating if there is a real issue, or what it is.
As it is documented that the monitoring of the dumps is poor or non existent, I
thought it might be relevant to notify that it looks bad.
Sorry to sounds so whining.
