When investiging users / vandals it's often annoying having to move back and
forth since there's no navigational links on the page, only a form input field
to be copied/pasted and having to construct the URL myself.

Except for "talk", how about we add similar navigation to all targets of the
navigaton itself (ie. add a similar heading like this one to blog log, uploads,
log and filter log [1] )
