1.) "Other projects of Wikimedia" is unintuitive as a level two header
description and should be changed from the passive to the active "Other
Wikimedia projects".
2.) When linking to the section, one must use "mw-sitematrix-others" in front
of the hash mark, like
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:SiteMatrix#mw-sitematrix-others
but it should link normally to this section much like on other wiki pages when
using "Other projects of Wikimedia" (or "Other Wikimedia projects") in front of
the hash mark, which is easier to remember. We are used to regular wiki syntax.
3.) There should be a way to provide a default MediaWiki message like a new
MediaWiki page called [[MediaWiki:SiteMatrix-section]] in order to localise or
translate the section header description.
