Hello. We'd like to have two new namespaces at Catalan Wikisource: "Autor" and
"Autor_Discussió", similar to "Author" and "Author_talk" of en.wikisource and
other 19 more Wikisources.
The reason is making profit of the future special page "PagesWithoutScans"
(mixing author and text pages will interfere its results), and having more
accurate statistics, and being able to execute searches only on author (or
text) pages.

(we could wait more time for more opinions and votes, but it is not a numerous
community, so it won't change the present result).
