So the problem is a problem on Commons. Therefore the text "this wiki has a
problem" should be changed into "Wikimedia's file repository, "Wikimedia
Commons", has a problem. Please try again later. This problem affects only file
pages. Pages other than file pages are probably OK on this wiki".
