I am unable to edit a file page at Commons, linked above and the page itself
states the following below the file:
"The database did not find the text of a page that it should have found, named
'File:Population - Municipality code 61077.svg'.
This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or history link to a page
that has been deleted.
If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in the software"
If I try to edit the page, I get an edit conflict every time I try to save.
