There's a consensus on pt.wiki that we should change the criteria for being
'autoconfirmed', which is at this moment set by default.
It should be changed for ten edits and four days.
The discussion occured on

Some users said that the number of edits could be raised in the future, but
there's a consensus that what is right for now is to change for ten edits and
four days and then review it in the future if necessary.
