Multiple users at en.wikiquote report these symptoms in v1.17wmf1:
1) Upon saving and edit, the prior revision of the page is displayed, without
modifications made in the saved edit.
2) Upon saving a new page, the "project does not have an article with this
exact name" screen is displayed.
The problem is intermittent, with reports of frequency ranging from 20% to 90%
(higher for users having gadgets enabled). The problem is observed in multiple
browsers.
