When trying to get a browser comparison of pages at English Wikisource, I went
to try the site
http://browsershots.org/
Upon trying, it reports
Browsershots was blocked by secure.wikimedia.org/robots.txt.

At that page it suggests the resolution

Disallow:
I am told that there can be editing at [[Mediawiki:Robots.txt]], though apart
not feeling comfortable editing that file, it may be something worthy of a
global review. At face value, it would not seem to be a high level access from
the site as from my looking it is a "push" type service done on request.
