The doi bot expanded the doi 10.1111/j.1467-9574.2010.00478.x in ref-note 15
(the last ref-note) incorrectly to an article in the Journal of Paleontology.
Must be an article in Statistica Neerlandica. This has been repaired by hand,
of course, but this bug report might help to improve the doi bot.
