The order of the information in the page history is usually this:

(rollback | undo)
In RTL wikis if the username is in the Latin characters, the actually displayed
order is:
Username 2011-03-13T10:11:36 (talk | contribs | block) (123 bytes) (summary)
(rollback | undo)
To fix this, RLM can be added before the username in RTL wikis.
